Our Purpose
To Equip, Encourage & Unite
the Family of God and inform others what is causing all the radical changes in our world.

This work is dedicated to the King of kings (Jesus) who understands intimately the struggles we endure in this world and has paid the ultimate sacrifice to ensure a future for His children.

Doug & Maggie Greenfield write and host this website as a source of hope and inspiration for people who are worried about what they see coming upon the earth.

Maggie and Doug have had a long history of publishing, both in print and online.

They began by publishing the Empower Journal way back in 2004 and continued to reach out to the people of the world through the web ministry of "
Hope Translated, a multi-language outreach, online ministry, as well as through their printed books and publications of Artscript Canada Publications

The message here is the central theme of the Bible:

"And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you, and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma."
Ephesians 5: 1-6

God teaches: "But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect" 1 Peter 3:15

The reason for promoting this message is simply an action of love for their fellow man, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

Doug and Maggie believe that there is no place in this world for lies. No place for radicalism. No place for hate or intolerance. They believe and trust in the real person of God that they have come to personally know and love. They live their lives for the commandment of the Lord, as written in Proverbs 24:11— "Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter."

Maggie holds a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Studies from Providence College and Doug has studied with Victoria Bible Ministries. Both have held a lifelong interest in the Bible and the truths found within. Both are ardent students of the Word of God.

Finally, the Behold His Coming ministry is based upon the scriptures:

"Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you. For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief. For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation. For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." 1 Thessalonians 5: 1—11

For our Readers

Whether you are followers of Christ or are just a citizen of the planet wondering what in the world is causing all the strange things going on in the world.
Our Goal:
To provide people, especially our Christian Brethren with up-to-date information in order to be equipped to negotiate our ever-changing world around us, as well as to prepare you for the future, using the Word of God as our guide.

When preparing our material, we ask ourselves two questions . . .
1, "Are our sources credible, reputable and transparent?" and . . .
2, "Is the information we share with you accurate and dependable?"

In this day of multiple events occurring faster than any of us can keep up with and the glut of information assaulting our senses on a daily basis, it compels us to be extremely cautious in our choice of information sources. We spend considerable time sifting through a myriad of news source, determined to provide material that you can feel confident with, knowing we have done our very best to provide content that is accurate and trustworthy.

Having said that, we know there is the possibility of missing an error here or there from one of our sources despite our best efforts to weed them out.

We sense the imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and we feel His call upon us to do everything we can to encourage, equip and get people excited for what is to come.

As we together, examine God's Holy Scriptures alongside today's world events, it should compel us all to draw closer to Him in communion and give us renewed enthusiasm to reach out to those who have not yet experienced the joy of knowing Jesus Christ.
